Florida usually is a big tourist attraction especially on spring break. Popular towns and cities that people go to include Panama City Beach, Miami, and Orlando. But, the town that seems to be loved a lot by tourists is Seaside.
Because so many people go to Seaside for spring break and have been for years, this year the rules are stricter. The office patrols have increased by 110%. A 7 PM curfew has been set for minors or people under the age of 18 which I think is insane. Also, there are no house parties allowed.
These laws are set in place from March 3rd, 2025 to April 25, 2025. I think that these laws are a little much. People spend money to visit this town and I think that they should be able to have full control over where they go and when they go. Overall I think these laws are ridiculous. People should be able to enjoy their break how they would like. Stay safe over spring break!
